In Control
In the past year, key innovations have included major improvements to the Control4 platform which, according to current research*, is ranked as the #1 most specified and installed brand by50% of UK integrators and is placed in the top 3 by two-thirds of integrators for whole-house integrated control systems.
Control4 Smart Home OS 3 is the operating system for smart homes, designed to unify hundreds of connected devices within the home into one intuitive, user-friendly and easily personalised experience. OvrC is our free, cloud-based remote management platform designed exclusively for professionals and including one of the largest ecosystems of integrated products from both Snap One and leading third-party manufacturers.
Every Control4 OS 3 system can now be remotely managed using OvrC, without the need for additional hardware. It’s a huge benefit for integrators.
Another notable improvement to the Control4 portfolio includes the launch of Control4 Vibrant® Linear Lighting. This extensive new range gives partners a complete product line to create sophisticated lighting experiences. With LED tape in a full selection of white, tuneable white, colour, and colour + tuneable white options alongside a host of accessories, integrators can now provide a richer and attractively layered lighting experience that can enrich customers’ homes and lifestyles. Control4 Vibrant Linear Lighting can also be tuned to match the circadian rhythm of natural light to help enhance their comfort and well-being, creating new business opportunities for integrators too.
We’ve also introduced our exciting Control4series of Halo Remotes. The Halo model is a beautiful remote that feels good in the hand, has an intuitive button layout perfect for one-handed operation, and is highly customisable. With its premium brushed-aluminum chassis, the Halo Touch includes important feedback-driven features, such as, an innovative Voice button, a full suite of backlit buttons, and Wi-Fi 2.4 and 5GHz support with an advanced antenna array giving a signal that’s up to 5 times stronger.
Loudspeakers
Other Snap One brands have also seen significant investment over the past twelve months.
Building on the renowned audio heritage of the Triad® brand, our new Triad PDX architectural speakers ensure incredible performance married to simple and very efficient installation. Eight high quality in-ceiling and three in-wall speakers feature in this range and incorporate PushLock® technology, so that partners can install these loudspeakers quickly and easily - even changing the motor unit without needing to remove the cradle.
We have also taken a major step forward in outdoor solutions with Episode® Radiance. This is a first-of-its-kind entertainment system combining lighting and audio onto a single 2 conductor wire. As a modular family of outdoor grade speakers complete with low voltage lighting and accessories, Episode Radiance has everything you need to bring high quality entertainment to the outdoor spaces of your customers at the same time as improving safety, security, and the overall aesthetics of their property.
Power Management and Security
We’re excited about the new opportunities in power management that we’ve brought to the market with the international launch of our WattBox® brand. This range extends from 2-outlet ultra-compact Wi-Fi models to 12-outlet vertical solutions to present a range of solutions to suit different applications. WattBox adds further value by making the integration experience easier and better over the Control4 platform, whilst increasing the functionality of OvrC.
Meanwhile, we’ve successfully introduced easy to deploy surveillance devices from our ClareVision™ and Luma® brands to help grow business in security installation and integration. Both ranges are fully NDAA-compliant and include AI-powered security features, simple installation, and long-term maintenance through OvrC integration.

We also offer industry-leading support for our customers. In Snap One’s Partner Rewards programme, Partners earn on every purchase. The programme features five levels, with benefits including progressively larger rebates, free shipping, and new product adoption credits.
Snap One bangs the industry drum with consumers too. Our #C4Yourself® campaign promotes Control4 Certified Showrooms and encourages people to visit and experience Control4.
Finally, we have also introduced this year a new Sustainability and Wellness CPD that we and our partners can deliver to architects and interior designers. Accredited by both RIBA and the BIID, this CPD will open up conversations with these audiences, build relationships and help you communicate how we can create a safer, healthier, and more eco-friendly home for clients.
